Engage Real Estate Advocates as your buying agent and we will PAY YOU  for the opportunity to assist you.  In most markets we offer full buyer representation and rebates.  After closing, we'll PAY YOU  up to $6,000 of our commission back to you on your purchase of any listed property.   This can include New Construction, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Local MLS listings and National site listings on major sites such as Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com.

Why do we rebate a portion of our commission?

As Realtors we believe in reasonable compensation for a fee for service model and we believe you should share in that compensation.

How Does it Work?

As with other agents, we have access to MLS and we will work with you to find and negotiate the Purchase price of a home = $300,000.  Or if you have a listed property in mind, you can engage us as well.

Normal commission paid by the seller is 6% with 3% going to the buyers agent who is representing you.  So the total commission paid to your agent is $9,000.

In a transaction where you are using an REA network agent, we agree to pay up to $6,000 of the commission back to you after closing. 

In this example you would receive up to $3,000 cash back on a $300,000 purchase that you can use for upgrades, moving expenses or anything else....it's yours!

As a full service buying agent, we will:

1. Have FULL access to the local MLS and listed properties.
2. Research available listings meeting your criteria and set up appointments to see properties.
3. Present offers and assist in negotiating contracts.
4. Advise on buyer related issues such as disclosures, inspections, appraisals, warranties and other important items.
5. We will Pay You after closing for allowing us to represent you.

Our Buyers model is based on maximizing value to you the buyer without sacrificing buyer representation and service.    As such, in most markets we can Cash Rebate a portion of our commission back to you up to $6,000.  Our local agent will be knowledgeable of the area, protect your interests concerning inspections, warranties and disclosures.

They will assist you in negotiating all offers, have a knowledge of past sales and current properties for sale, cost of the property originally and mortgage information on the property if available. They can give you the reason for selling, and other relevant information such as days on the market, and other market conditions to enable you to make offers in your best interest.

You will pay nothing for their use as they are paid from the seller's listing commission. And yes, we pay you for using us to represent you.  A true win- win. But you will need to contact us before signing another listing agreement.
